Terms of use

Effective September 25, 2026. These terms cover the Moovo apps, the media server software and this website, provided by NullDaily LLC.

Using Moovo

You may download and use the Moovo apps and server for personal, non-commercial use. The software is licensed, not sold, and remains the property of NullDaily LLC. Please don't reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it except as the law allows.

Your library, your responsibility

Moovo doesn't provide any movies, shows or other content. If you host a server, you're responsible for what you add to it and who you share it with. Only share content you have the right to share. We don't monitor servers and can't see what's on them.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in email secure. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse this website (for example, attacking our systems or fraudulent payments).

The Supporter plan, subscriptions and tips

  • The Supporter plan (when available) is sold on this website through Stripe, or in the App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Store purchases follow the store's refund rules.
  • Tips are voluntary gifts that grant the Supporter badge. They don't include the Supporter plan's extras and aren't tax-deductible. If you donated by mistake, contact us within 14 days.
  • Prices may change; we'll tell subscribers before a change affects them.

Updates

The apps update themselves to fix bugs and security issues. Some updates may be required to keep using the apps.

No warranty

Moovo is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it fits every setup.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, NullDaily LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$50 if you paid nothing).
